Originally I thought this was a Jail issue but it turns out it's an issue with the base OS (Currently running FreeNAS-11-MASTER-201707040409 (cd4e205)). I have a gigbit fiber connection and I'm only getting about 10% of that in my jails and in my base OS. This explains why Kodi lags occasionally. I do have autotune enabled and I only recently upgraded, so maybe the autotune values haven't reset themselves?
