Freenas fails to boot from USB

I am trying to boot Freenas for the first time from USB. My motherboard - https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5E3_PremiumWiFiAP_n/specifications/ (BIOS version 0803)

When booting, the boot hangs on the following screen:

I turned on verbose logging and got the following:

Anyone got any idea what might be causing this / how to resolve ?

FreeNAS version is 9.2.1.3

Well, that motherboard isn't anything remotely close to our 'recommended' list. So I'd say you're probably fighting a battle you won't be able to win.
