Freenas crashing when a jail is restarted

So since the beginning of my freenas adventure I have noticed that when restarting a jail after using a SSH client would sometimes crash 100% of the time.
I am not sure what would be a good place to report a possible bug. I think putting some log files could be helpful, but I have yet to find out where I can fetch them.

Which build version (System -> Information)?

Hardware specs?

It's a pretty standard build, xeon E3 xeon v3, supermicro board,16gb ECC memory and a reliable seasonic psu.
I'm on the 11.1u5 build atm.

Best bet is to wait for it to reproduce, immediately create a debug (System -> Advanced -> Save debug), and create a ticket at bugs.freenas.org and attach the debug to the ticket.

After using the SSH client, does it always crash sometimes? Or sometimes crash always?
I'm sorry, I'm not helping.

Does this happen when you SSH to the jail? Or to FreeNAS itself? If it's the jail, is it only that one jail? Does this happen with other jails? Have you tried other SSH clients? Try connecting with verbose logging from the SSH client?
