freenas cifs shares are blocked and unavailable for severable seconds

but I do not see any errors in messages, log.smbd or log.nmbd

Do I need to enable something ?

Clients are linux and Windows 10

I copy or move a file with the explorer from a local store to the share. during the copy process I do see the high transferrate for a moment than 0Byte/s .. Even a download to the share stucks after a while.
10-30s later its working again.

And than the share is blocked for all user at all hosts.

And I guess it has something to do with the zfs write cache mem is full...

No idea how to debug or create more logs ?

In the SMB service, add log level = 5 to the Auxiliary parameters, and restart SMB. (The default level is 0.) This will increase the verbosity of Samba logging.

Please also post information about your hardware.
There are NICs which are known to perform very bad with FreeNAS/FreeBSD.

OK I guess I could sligthly isolate the issue to the hw. Cos I added further 3 SATA Disks to the host (AMD E350 + 8GB + LSI SAS2008 ) And there is NO interruption If I send data with 40 MBit/s to this pool via cifs.

So its something with the discs or sas controller. are there any disk io interruption handling log ?
