freenas-boot capacity warning - How to free up space???

Then the space is being held by a snapshot.

Sorry, I was confused by your thread-jack.

The space is obviously being consumed by freenas-boot/ROOT/default, so you need to delve into that to figure out why.

Sorry to jacked the thread. Yes, it's look like the freenas-boot/ROOT/default is taking up the space, and it's mounted on "/", so, when I do
du -d 1 -x /
index.php

the result returned just doesn't make sense...

I don't think du knows about snapshots, so it's probably still something to do with snapshots.

I'm not sure what's going on, but there's a simple solution, which is:
  1. Save your configuration.
  2. Do a clean install of FreeNAS.
  3. Restore your configuration.
