Freenas and active directory

i have installed freenas 9.1.1. I configure active directory, with the comand wbinfo -u i see all my active directory users. But when a want to change permisions in a volume it only shows the local users, not my active directory users.

can anyone help me?

We'll need more information then. Is there a lag when you click the drop-down menu to select a user in the permissions dialogue? If you start to type in the letters of a username, does it begin to populate with users that start with those letters?

Also, is the machine up all of the time or do you shut it down every night?

The server is up all the time.

if i type the letter of a user nothing happend, it says error. In the dropdown do not appear.

if in console i type wbginfo -u i can see all the activedirectory users.

Please post a screenshot that shows the error.

Try to reboot the freenas and wait for a few minutes and the AD users will be available from the dropdown.
