I have installed own cloud plugin 8.1.1 but it can not be turned ON. can some one help me.

the plugin middleware isn't being communicated to. can you try restarting the owncloud jail

Ok great, its working now. What is the user name and password and how can I attach the designated folder to the own cloud to access it from the outside. Is there any documentation that can show how to access the owncloud from outside my network/

please read the box you are inputing to carefully, it says it right there.

as for "attaching" a folder, you mean using an owncloud desktop client? did you even try installing the client from owncloud.org?

just like you would allow access to anything outside your network. port forward (in this case 80 or 443 TCP) to your jail IP.
