Freenas 9.2.1.5 shut down problem ?

Ram: 64 Gb ECC RAM
CPU:Xeon 2630 Proccess
HDD: 3TB SV35 Seagate 10HDD X10
HDD: 2X 120GB Samsung 120gb SSD
HDD: 2X 300GB SAS Seagate 15000 rpm disk
freenas 9.1.1.1 not problem.

freenas 9.2.1.5 and 9.2.2.2 problem is
freenas when I want to close

freenas 9.2.1.5 and 9.2.2.2 problem is

Did the hardware change between these two versions. The -p option to shutdown only works if the hardware supports it.

no hardware change has to be done.
9.1.1.1 again, the problem should not. but in all other versions of the same problem.
