FreeNAS-8.3.1-RELEASE-p2-x64 ftp and sharing problem

configured Active Directory and I see all my users

I created a volume

/ mnt/VOLUME2

I would like that all one of my ad user is directly connected in this volume / mnt/VOLUME2

When they log in ftp they connect well but falls in their home directory

How to change to / mnt/VOLUME2 for a specifiec users only
