FreeNas 8.2 backing up a shared folder

Hello,

We have a NetApp Fas 2020 file server, and yesterday I have created a FreeNas server for backing up the Netapp server.
The problem is:
We have only rights toworking with the shared folders, and we not have any other administrative rights... Can we backing up the files from the Netapp to the NAS somehow OR can I copy files or sync the shared folders to the NAS without doing anything at the target computer?
