FreeNAS 11.2 stable / update repository failure

Hi,
I'm running on a fresh 11.2 stable installation. Trying to install pkgs or updates results in the following error ?
Anyone having similar behavior?

What made you think you could install any software you like on top of the base install? FreeNAS is not FreeBSD.

...for Zoneminder I need ffmpeg which seems to be not included (if I'm not wrong), I guess not all is included with FreeNAS -> there must be ways to install additional pkgs or?
In addition I was wondering if a manual pkg update via shell works or this not possible/needed with FreeNAS either?

What you need and how to achieve it are two different things. You should be looking at installing ports/packages in "jails" on FreeNAS. I see you've already created a zoneminder jail. So inside the jail check if ffmpeg is already installed with pkg info | grep ffmpeg
