Free Nas dont boot storage down

Hi All !!!
A previous employee installed FreeNas as a virtual machine on the ProxMox hypervisor. When I rebooted the FreeNas virtual machine, I saw that it would not boot. Here is a screenshot from the VNC console of ProxMox

After that, the boot of FreeNas is stops, and the system remains hanging. help me please...
The fact that the file on the server does not work is very bad for us...
