force ad replication

Ive set up freenas, it works with ad, I can create a home directory and log in with ad creds .

everything is great ..

Except .. none of my users/groups show up in the acl dataset rules .. so I have no way of assigning user/group permissions.
In theory, my single user home directory works.. so I'm assuming auth and ad info is working.
winbind sees all users and groups properly
even a query seems to respond with the proper allow/deny

HOW can I manually force the ui to add the user/group cache ??!
