Hi guys,
been a while that I did a physical FN install so not really up to speed any more with regards to supported HW.
I just deployed 11.2 U3 on a system and only get Kernel panic on boot.
Before I go ahead and debug/try installing 11.1 etc I just want to verify that the platform is actually supported...
The S2600STB is a Xeon Scalable board with Intel C624, currently configured with
two Gold 6150's,
4x8 DDR4 2666/ECC,
1x16G NVDimm,
2 P4800x on the local occulink ports,
a 900p PCIe,
9305-16i with some Intel S3700's
and a Intel 320 on SATA.
I installed via IPMI/ISO to the Intel 320 in UEFI mode which went fine.
I have seen the recommendation to install in the other mode, but this does not look like an UEFI/Bios issue to me, but if you think thats it I'll gladly reinstall.
Just want to verify supposed compatibility
And no I have not detached the nvdimm, nvme and hba to test yet - trying to get 'supported or not' before troubleshooting:)
Edit: Tried with bios boot opion too, same error.
Just for reference:
Thanks
