Hey guys... im fairly new to setting this up and was looking to see if anyone had the patience. I'm working with freenas 9.2 32-bit. So far im able to get my drive set up and sharing. I can see it from my home comps and from xbox. But as i work on it, i'll loose DLNA, as in it will shut down and say "something caused and error" when i try to turn it on. I want to put Plex Media on it to mainly use this for streaming (and network back up) but it's not in the plug in list. I uploaded the plugin from cafeapp but i get the same "something caused an error" after i have the storage and jail created. I'm just running around in circles at this point wondering if i should just load windows on it. This is the PC im using:

Build FreeNAS-9.2.0-RELEASE-x86 (ab098f4)
Platform Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
Memory 1506MB
HD - 2TD WD caviar

Appreciate any help you can give to help me get this up and running. Any videos i see are older versions, so i get to the point of... ummm dont have that.. now what.. =oP

Well, check out the hardware requirements first.. you should have 2GB of RAM minimum for UFS, and 8GB for ZFS.

Going with less than those numbers will cause performance and reliability problems. Upgrade your RAM and see if the problem persists.

Holy crap... thanks for picking that up... I used this machine cause I knew I had 4GB in there. Someone had to rob it while it was idle. Didn't even think once to look at that lol. Thanks again.
