Firmware version does not match

Please assist! I don't know where to look for the driver and such.

Can't find the LSI 2308 on their site for firmware... is there a specific portal ?

You need to go to the manufacturer's website. Either LSI/Avago (for a PCI card) or the Motherboard OEM for an onboard chip.

I saw this. would this cause issues with my board being an asrock e3c224d4i-14s though?
