Firefly web interface issue

Hello,

I'm quite new with Freenas. I'm currently tring to install some plugins, but I'm facing some problems with Firefly.

I cannot access the web interface. I tried the default 3689 port, I tried another port, still not working.

Chrome or IE cannot find the web page. A reboot or the NAS didn't fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

FYI I have no problem with the web interface of other plugins such as subsonic or transmission.
