Files not showing up on some PCs using SMB shares.

This is specifically between two users.

“file.pdf” when saved by User2 can not be seen by User1. If User1 saves it, User1 and User2 can see it.

I have Networking Offline Caching disabled so both users can always pull the most recent copy of a file.

Other than changing the user the drive is mapped under and losing some permissions to other areas, any ideas?

Fix the permissions. If a user doesn't have read permissions, stuff may not even be shown in the first place.
