File names changed to upper case

FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-p3-x64 (11703)

Names of files copied to the FreeNAS box (CIFS shares) used to be in whatever case they were on the source. Now all are in upper case. Is there an option somewhere that I have messed up?

All I can think of is:

# zfs get casesensitivity

Or perhaps some configuration on client side...
