Afternoon,
Our company allows each employee to have their own encrypted dataset within an encrypted pool to store personal documents, however, not client documents. An audit needs to be performed as one individual has been dismissed and will not provide his password, something which we should never have been allowed! The contents of his Dataset is not important, only whether or not customer information was copied and stored. I've checked 'var/logs' for known filenames; our filenames contain information such as full name, contact number and some other badly thought out practices. We run snapshots and sync between site and offsite regularly. Does Truenas log filenames in any other location?
Hope you can shed some light,
Paul
