Welcome,
I have problem with my UPS, it's old Fideltronik Lupus 500 LCD (line interactive UPS).
I had bought new accu for it, and it can hold my NAS + network gear up to 25 min.
But I can't force it to talk with freenas.
It is on supported list in nut, and also apears on drop down menu “drivers” in UPS settings (nutdrv_qx).
It is connected to ugen0.4
I had try to set port to auto in auxality parameters:
I think it is related to USB to RS232 converter driver.
As I remember most of those cheap UPS have RS232 to USB converter, and they talk by RS protocol. But Im not sure.
Can anyone have any advice , how to force that UPS to work?
I got it for free, my only cost is new PB accumulator ^^
System is updated, and working fine.
Regards,
VV
