You are suffering from the same problem as all older FreeNAS installs that have fallen over due to the OpenSSL 1.0.2 bug described here.

The workarounds are described here. You will need to update your (probably jail's) certificate store, probably in the jail's file "/usr/local/share/certs/ca-root-nss.crt" for which solutions are available in the workarounds thread. I am closing this thread because I am trying to encourage a centralized thread for the SSL issue so that everyone can find all their answers there.
