Failed to create dataset freenas-boot/jails

I am very new to FreeNAS. I just built my first machine and got it up and running yesterday (YAY!). When I went to the plugins folder to install Plex Media Server I was greeted with this:

So I removed the data set and that kind of solved the problem. this time when I went back to plugins I was able to see the the available plugins, but when I hit install for PMS I got the same error.

Do you have have a pool setup, other than the media you boot from?
