emby 4.7.9.0_1.0.13 upgrade stuck on deploying

So, Emby deployment really doesn't work for me on Scale.

When I originally installed 4.7.6.0_1.0.11 for the first time, it was stuck on deploying.
I was able to get it to actually work but modifying the deployment.yaml file per below.

the first time i re-installed emby, it worked, but then it stopped after some time and now it gets stuck on deploying. Switching to the log shows the below error. I note when emby starts the first time, it still has 8096 as the port, and even though i have changed this, it still seems to want...

I tried to use the Upgrade option to 4.7.8.0_1.0.12, but was stuck on deploying.
Tried to you my original fix, but it didn't help. I used the Rollback function and my original version works fine.

even trying to pull image from command line, gives the same error.

Solved after i replaced first dns of the 3 i had with 8.8.8.8, after i replaced 8096 with 9096 in deployment to use host networking again
