Drives show up as a "HP raid 5" in disk manager

I have been having this problem with these 5 SanDisk plus 1Tb drives on a DL380P gen 8 HP server. To where when I try to setup a pool It shows all 5 of my drives as one big one. I don't know why It would be adding all the drives up into a raid. I have all the bios settings as default. Does anybody know what the problem is?

Yep. You have a hardware RAID controller. Get rid of it. See the following article:
