I took this drive out of the NAS because TrueNAS reported it as Faulted... I looked at it in CrystalDiskInfo and it looks OK (IMHO). Can someone point out something I am missing?

You have unreadable sectors and reallocated sectors. Did you get an alert or did it degrade the pool?

It degraded the pool... I don't recall getting an alert. Anyway, I have replaced the drive and the pool is happy again
