So my WD Red 2TB is beginning to throw 3 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors. Would you guys buy an identical 2TB WD Red or replace it with a larger WD Red to expand the pool in the future? Yes I know this wont take effect until I replace all of the disks.

Depends on if you will plan to increase your storage and need to. If you have 60 to 70 percent plus usage right now it probably would be a good idea to plan your upgrade path and going from a 2TB to a 4TB or larger would be good. However it also depends on what your pool is setup like as with increased size also comes increased risk of data loss due to URE's.
