Download all geli keys when "Save Config" is clicked in System -> General

As a strong suggestion, due to possible confusion by users, I would like to request that either of the following happens when you click "Save config":

1) A warning appears reminding users that their geli keys are required to unlock ZFS volumes when restoring on new FreeNAS boot media
2) A prompt appears offering to download all associated keys as well as the config (Yes/No to download or not)
3) Automatically incorporate geli keys in the output db file

Encryption is being overhauled for FreeNAS 10, so your suggestion is (at least partly) planned.

Does "overhauled" mean "removed completely," or have they made more definite statements about a way ahead for encryption?

The GUI problems were beneficial for the state of encryption, it seems.
