Domain Controller service is grayed out

Cannot start DC under services because it appears to be disabled. Stopped all services and reboot system still no luck. Please help!

Build FreeNAS-11.2-RELEASE-U1

Why do you want to start the Domain service? Is there no DC in your network?

Also, it's recommended to update to 11.2-U6 if you're using SMB as there are quite a few security updates.
