Does the config backup stores the plugin?

Hi,
I did an upgrade of Transmission today from 2.9x to 3 without knowing some tracker sites do not support this 3.0 yet. If i do a 'Upload Config', will it bring back the 2.9x plugin and jail ?

If you take snapshots of your jail datasets, then rolling those back to before the update would be the right option rather than a config restore.

May I ask, which Dataset should I roll it back pls , as i found two relevant dataset in the snapshot screen:
Data/iocage/jails/transmission/root
Data/iocage/jails/transmission
