My current system is running FreeNAS-11.2-U2.1. Lately I tried to change the gpu and encountered the following error. I switch back the gpu and boot up without any issue. Need advice on whether change of gpu require reinstallation. Any help is much appreciated.

Looks like your new graphics card is having some kind of IRQ conflict with the disk controller or some other system component.

It should not require a reinstall to change video cards... FreeNAS can even run without one at all in Serial mode.

Why are you even using a GPU?

Using it as Plex server as well, so I thought with GPU would help.
Absolutely not. FreeNAS has no ability to pass a GPU through to a Plex instance. It may happen in the future, but if it does, that is more than a year from completion.
