Disks not showing

Hello,

I have a problem with a server, I have put 2 2Tb disks in they are not appearing in the disk tab.

Server details:

The server is a Dell PowerEdge T310 Tower

I have a 2Tb SAS drive that is working fine as boot.

Inserted 2 2Tb WD SATA drives and doesnt show in the pool tab.

When I insert them I get this text from the server. Could this be the problem?

That will be your HBA. Old firmware used to do that.
You should be using an HBA flashed to IT mode.

Also a full hardware spec should be listed if you want assistance.

Here is the hardware spec (as to my knowledge)
Dual Core i5-650 processor
Ram 8Gb DIMM
1 2Tb SAS HDD
3 2Tb SATA HDDs

As I have read after, as have you said, I need to crossflash the RAID Controller, but I don't know what kind it is. Where do I see it?

You can use the DEL service Tag to see what the original spec was.
You can do dmesg | grep mfi to find it.
You can see it on a attached screen when the server boots.
You can run sas2flash -list
