I have a failed drive that i am waiting for a replacement to come but in the mean time i am getting alerts regularly when accessing truenas via SSH.

I do a lot of work on containers and access them via the shell so wondering is it possible to disable these as its making it a nightmare to work in the commandline.

here is an example of an alert
Code:
2024 Feb 12 19:45:43 truenas Device: /dev/sdd [SAT], 6 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors

actually the drive that failed was replaced by the spare.

the drive that is showing Currently unreadable (pending) sectors is new.

Here are the smartctl results

Code:
smartctl -a /dev/sdd
