Include timestamps with Email alerts (possible feature request)

Greetings -

I have noticed that alerts via Email do not contain timestamps (unlike alerts viewed via the GUI). Is there a way to configure TrueNAS to include the timestamp of each alert along with the text of the alert? This would be particularly useful in the list of current alerts. I am running TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3.

For example, here is a recent Email alert:
********************
TrueNAS @ redacted.domain

New alerts:
* A system update is available. Go to System -> Update to download and apply the
update.

Current alerts:
* Scrub of pool 'freenas-boot' finished.

* Scrub of pool 'BitBucket' started.

* Scrub of pool 'BitBucket' finished.

* A system update is available. Go to System -> Update to download and apply the
update.

Does your e-mail client not show you when messages arrive? (or do you not consider that a timestamp?)

I suppose my comment applies to the "New alerts" section, but you would also have emails with timestamps for each of the "Current alerts" too (from when they were "New alerts").

It's probably trivial to modify the code to have it do that though, so a feature request would be your path to that (start with the "Report a Bug" link at the top of this page and follow it through, selecting Feature request at the appropriate screen).

Yes, the Email timestamp is good enough for me - for the new alert. I'd much rather see the list with timestamps than having to save the Emails, dig through them, and then collate the information. I agree that it seems like an easy feature to add.
