dell r720, perc h710mini + 4x3TB WD red install problems

Dears,
i have a fresh (old but well preserved) Dell as above. I initiated a Raid5 on the controler, connected a virtual iso image and booted into freenas.
2xXe - 64GB ram, 4x WDC reds, controler perc is 21.3.5-0002 v., bios 2.6.1 , i made in the bios raid5.
Well so far.
it's installed and asked me to install on a Raid5 i put him on this. ok. than after a fast start it points me that there is no storage. i am trying in console to check by df where the 8TB is, it can't be found.

what i am doing wrong?

Using a RAID Card in RAID mode...

Seems also that you're trying to run without a boot drive for the OS; so you can't see your disk either.
