DELL can't see disk

Hi i am having a Troubel with truenas Scala where i can't see the 12 disk i have instaled in it
The server is a dellemc
The raidcontroler in the macihne is a PERC H740P Mini
If i run them as raid 0 i can see them on the website

Welcome to the forums.

You need to get rid of the RAID controller. Hardware RAID controllers are not supported, and ZFS is going to be your RAID controller.

You must pull the H740P and replace it with an HBA. It is not sufficient to switch the H740P to "HBA mode" which is just a lobotomized RAID0 mode. See

On that Dell You will want to check the technical specifications for what SAS HBA's are supported in your box. But if you're currently running an H740p that's probably the 14th Gen Server so you could probably go with a Dell HBA330. Depending on how it was configured you may need to swap cables out also.
