When my volume is over 80% I start getting warning messages. I've noticed that the snapshots occupy a lot of space, so I attempted to delete all of them to see how much space I would reclaim.

Only a percentage were deleted. Is there a reason for this, and what is the shell command to delete all so I can do it outside of the GUI? Thank you.

I deleted all snapshot tasks after disabling them; that didn't help so rebooted. I was then able to use the GUI to delete a maximum of 9 at a time. I think that the GUI has a bug, as when I attempted 10 nothing was deleted, only 9 and that was with changing the sort to select different sets to be deleted.

What's the command to delete all snapshots in the shell?

It's possible to do it from the command line, but dangerous. If you mess up, you could delete ALL of your data!
zfs destroy poolname/datasetname@%
The % is the wildcard.
