Curious about the 11 Nightlies Train and the Non-Changing Change Log

My test bench machine has been on the FreeNAS-11-Nightlies train for the last five days and have noticed
the Change Log never changes it's description. I've found no mention of this in the forum and thought I'd
ask about this...
