Critical FreeNAS problem with imported NTFS volumes

I have setup FreeNAS 8.3 on a UFD and was able to configure it properly. It was running fine for a while. Yesterday though I had to install some old disks that already bear data on multiple NTFS partitions/volumes. I imported them using the Web GUI and was able to share then via CIFS .

Today I tried to backup the data from these volumes over the network. At some point the NAS froze and I had to hard-reset it.

Now when booting, FreeNAS tells me that the NTFS filesystem is scheduled for check and I should boot into windows twice or use the force option (see picture). The critical failure here is that FreeNAS refuses to continue the boot process and I have no way to access the GUI. I'm stuck at the command line. Is there a way to continue the boot process normally? How can I prevent FreeNAS from trying to mount the ntfs volumes and how can I import them again using the force option?
