SOLVED CrashPlan "Waiting for connection" to Remote Destinations

The CrashPlan plugin stopped working for remote backups sometime within the past week; CrashPlan clients report that they are "Waiting for connection" to remote destinations. (Clients on the same network as the destination continue to work fine.)

I reported this to Code42 and they are aware of it.

Here's their reply to my ticket:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is a known issue with peer-to-peer backups that has popped up in the past couple of days and has already been escalated for further investigation. I'm hoping to have an update for you soon. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Yes, I'm suddenly having the same issue - within the last 4-5 days none of my peer-to-peer backups are working. Does Code42 support have a public ticket we can check out to stay up to date?
