Couchpotato Plugin Installation Failure

I am trying to install the "Community" Couchpotato plugin on my TrueNAS (TrueNAS-12.0-U1) HP ProLiant N40L machine.
However the installation fails with the following message:

Install
Error: couchpotato had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: pkg error: - couchpotato : Refusing to fetch artifact and run post_install.sh! Partial plugin destroyed

Does anyone know what could cause this or how to fix it?
I haven't made any changes to the standard installation process.

Edit: I also found this thread from a month ago, but the issue still doesn't seem to be resolved.

Since this is a community plugin, please let me know if/where I should notify of this issue instead of here? Trying to do a default (no option change) install of the CouchPotato plugin after upgrade to 12 and I get this error: Error: couchpotato had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message...
