Core to Scale upgrade gone wrong

I tried upgrading from Core to Scale (TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1) and well, it didn't go so smoothly. Truenas doesn't respond over the web interface.

I have a multitude of errors in the iLO console (I'm on a gen8 HP microserver). There were two data pools configured and running smoothly prior to upgrade.. I hope they will be salvageable and are my main concern. The system dataset is on one of those pools, and there is usb drive internally that I think hosts the truenas install.

In quite over my head at this point so I would greatly appreciate any help or direction. I'm thinking at worst I can do a fresh install somehow and then import my existing pools? Hoping that the upgrade process disconnects the pools as part of the process, but I'm not sure.

I've attached the final console output with the multiple lines of errors. Thanks.

I'm going to reinstall core, import my previous config, and try again to a previous version of scale

I would suggest:
1. Remove DATA Pool - just for 100% paranoia. Just pull the power from the disks
2. Install Scale - see if it installs and runs
3. Import a Core config to Scale - see what happens - go from there. If good consider doing the import again, but with the data pool attached
