I keep getting the following error (Truenas Scale 22.02-RC.2):

Code:
Core files for the following executables were found: /usr/bin/python3.9 (Mon Jan 3 14:07:31 2022). Please create a ticket at https://jira.ixsystems.com/ and attach the relevant core files along with a system debug. Once the core files have been archived and attached to the ticket, they may be removed by running the following command in shell: 'rm /var/db/system/cores/*'.
2022-01-03 14:08:21 (Europe/Paris)

When I check directory /var/db/system/cores, it is empty.

How do I fix it?

Its seems you have two unusual errors in your system.
Can you provide a hardware overview and perhaps a history of the system. How/when did you bring up and update the system? Any unusual steps along the way?

Hardware is i3-9100, 16 Gb RAM, 3 disks (256Gb NVME, 250Gb SSD, 4Tb HD + 2x120Gb SSD for boot).
I also have a SAS controller with pass-through to a Ubuntu VM and some more disks attached. But this VM has no issues.

I upgraded from Truenas Core a week ago. Everything was smooth for a while until all operations on apps became really slow. Not the apps themselves, but deploying/stopping/editing apps always took minutes.
I rebooted and started having issues.

I wrote an account of what happened here: https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/volumes-offline-after-shutdown-reports-problems.97826 But then I figured it was too big of an ask to go through this message and I tried breaking down the issues one by one.
