Copying existing boot USB stick to new stick

Is there any way to copy the contents of one USB stick to another?

I want to backup one boot pen drive to another.... The thing is I did a naughty thing and installed MC on it, and it took some doing and would like to preserve it on the new drive...

You might try using the webgui to add a mirror.

Warning - there's a good chance that you will lose the configuration with a future FreeNAS update.

You will probably lose your modifications with a freenas update.

You can try to just dd the USB to a file or another usb for backup.

I wondered if there is an easy way to reinstall MC after an update. It was a pain getting it working but I'm absolutely lost at an ssh command line without it.
