Connecting FreeNAS to cloud storage

I hope this is the correct forum.
Situation:
I have a FreeNAS 11.2 box. I set up an account with Rsysnc.net. I now want to use rsysnc over SSH to backup snapshots to them. I am using the web interface.

Issue:
After reading the documentation for FreeNAS and with an email discussion with rsync.net support engineers, I am stumped with setting up the rsync over SSH. What user do I enter? I tried root and that does not work as root is not a user on the remote end. I try the user name they provide but that doesn't work. Do I have to create a user on FreeNAS that is the same as the remote system? I could use some help and clarification.

An update.
The username from Rsync.net is all numbers. When I try to create a user in FreeNAS with an all number username it won't save. Although the documentation does not say you can't have an all number username, I assume that it is not allowed.

Does the username match any of the restrictions in the Username row of this table: https://www.ixsystems.com/documentation/freenas/11.2-U7/accounts.html#id10 ?
