Conflict - Plex and OpenVPN

I am having an issue after getting my OpenVPN working where my Plex server lost remote access and the match agents for films and shows stopped functioning. After I disabled my OpenVPN and disabled all of my tunables and reset my server Plex started working properly. I know that I must having something set up wrong, but I am very green to this and don't really know where to look on how to remedy this. I have attached images of the settings I made.
