configure Lagrand UPS

hi to all!!

i have just buy a Legrand KEOR SP UPS but i'm not able to configure it on my truenas.

i have connect the ups via usb.

i set the service page as the image shows

but the system gets me the follow message:

truenas.local upsmon4259 - - UPS [ups@localhost:3493]: connect failed: Connection failure: Connection refused

obviously i have tried the whole port hostname selectable.

where i wrong? how should i do?

Either something is still not configured correctly, or you are out of luck.

Have you tried connecting the UPS to a different client to make sure the UPS and cable work?

Personally, I connect my UPS to a separate device (in my case, pfSense) as a UPS Master and all TrueNAS clients as UPS Slaves.

have you checked with "nut-scanner -U" if your ups is recognized and which driver it uses?
For my ups the list said usb_blazer but it was a totally different one which nut-scanner revealed

you did not use the whole command, you missed the -U flag

edit: forget about it, didnt have my glases on... im dumb

which flag? i have to use that command on the shell as i did? or where? sorry but i'm a beginner!!!

i wrote

nut-scanner -U

you did nothing wrong, i did not have my glasses on and misread the command you typed in. That was my bad.
