Hi all,
Yesterday I launch the last FreeNAS upgrade, without reboot immediately. Today, I continued to tweek my FreeNAS instance : enable new plugin, create new dataset, add CA and Certs, create user group to manage files permissions, etc.
Then tonight I saw the yellow dot flash : all running great, perfect configuration, time to restart (softly with the restart GUI button !)
And once started, I had lost a significant number of things ... :
- No more NIC configuration
- last user group created disappears
- Syncthing jail ok (running great) but his plugin not seems to be installed in the GUI
- Last jails storages configured gone
- CA and certs not displayed anymore, https checkbox unticked
My config is back in a before upgrade state.
I think the upgrade process did not consider my config changes after that. Hard !
So, I will backup my config twice before to do anything !
Is there a way to get back the Syncthing plugin enabled without create a new jail instance ? Syncthing jail is there and works perfectly.
