Compaq 5300 error sending 195

I have an IBM xSeries server with 2 Compaq 5300 Smart Array controllers. I had NAS 7 installed and working with these controllers. I did a clean install of NAS 8 and now I'm getting 'error sending 195 LUN command (35) on both cards when initializing.

I've looked around to see if anyone had anything on this and found references to this in the bug tracker for freebsd. Nothing yet to help resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.
