Cloud Sync Bug...maybe? Not Deleting on Sync

hello, so I have a cloudsync task to backblaze b2 and it works just great with the new GUI except I decided to enable encryption and it is not removing the old files.
I would expect since the filenames are different that it would remove the old unencrypted version.

so in backblaze I have everything stored twice like...
  • File1.txt
  • File1.txt.bin
  • File2.txt
  • File2.txt.bin
my settings:
backblaze settings.png
